Venkat Udumula brings over 25 years of rich experience in the overseas education industry. As the driving force behind Meridian, he is committed to building the company into a prominent overseas education processing organization known for excellence, integrity, and student success.
At WWEC, Venkat successfully assembled a team of seasoned professionals from diverse spectrums of the overseas education sector, with the clear objective of managing the company’s rapid growth and expanding its reach.
Venkat’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering from CBIT, followed by a Master’s degree in the UK, which gave him valuable international exposure. Inspired by his experiences abroad, he returned to India with a vision to serve students and empower them to achieve their study abroad goals.
Guided by his motto “Transforming Aspirations into Achievements,” Venkat stepped into the business world with a passion to provide students with transparent, reliable, and comprehensive education services. His leadership continues to shape Meridian into a trusted name in overseas education, helping thousands of students realize their global dreams.

U V Raghava Reddy is a qualified professional with over 20 years of experience in the overseas education industry. His immense knowledge and deep insight into international education enable him to accurately identify a student’s aptitude, analyse their profile, and recommend the best academic opportunities abroad.
Raghava holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from Kakatiya University. Before stepping into the consultancy business, he worked with CISCO, where he developed strong expertise in information technology. Leveraging this background, he introduced innovative methods to make students more aware of overseas education opportunities by embedding technology into the counselling process.
As a Founder and Working Partner, Raghava plays a pivotal role in guiding students toward successful academic journeys abroad. His blend of technical expertise, industry experience, and student-focused approach has been instrumental in shaping the company’s reputation as a trusted leader in overseas education services.
